For over a decade, the Center has been a leader in improving health and quality of life by bringing together the best of conventional and traditional Chinese medicine. A key part of our mission is to educate our patients on lifestyle choices they can make in order to improve their overall health and age gracefully.
As our partner, you will look and feel better in a safe and natural way. Our Wellness Program offers the following:
Traditional Chinese Nutritional Consultation
Through a proper diet to best fit our individual needs, our health can be improved. By looking at nutrition from a traditional Chinese perspective, we can develop a diet that will help you look and feel your best.
You can benefit from this program for $350. An initial 90-minute consultation and two 45-minute follow-up visits will include the following:
- Insight into your current state of health from a Chinese medicine perspective
- A dietary program, including customized menus, that best fit your current health condition
- Food shopping list, recipes, and recommended cooking techniques
Tai Chi Instruction
Ancient tradition and modern research tout the many health benefits of Tai Chi. Tai Chi can boost your immunity, reduce stress and high blood pressure, relieve pain, improve balance and posture, help sleep, and enhance your overall physical and mental health.
You can benefit from this program for $300. You will learn the 24 standard forms of Tai Chi, a gentle Chinese exercise that focuses on relaxing postures, breathing, and meditation. The program includes twelve 1-hour Tai Chi sessions.
- Beginner level class: Mondays and Thursdays 6:30 – 7:30 PM
- Intermediate level class: Mondays and Thursdays 5:30 – 6:30 PM
