Traditional Chinese Medicine for Improving Eye Health

A research study is currently underway to evaluate the improvement of eye health and quality of life through the integration of acupressure massage into standard medical care for those patients suffering from dry eye syndrome. The Center for East-West Medicine is working in collaboration with the UCLA Jules Stein Eye Institute on this pilot study, which is generously supported by the Gerald Oppenheimer Family Foundation and headed by Dr. Bill Tu at the Center.
